Mr. Wang, the general manager of Q Semiconductor, deeply recognizes the urgency of digital transformation, and through the introduction of intelligent manufacturing systems and the construction of digital factories, the company aims to improve production yields, reduce operating costs, and shorten the research and development cycle. In the process of transformation, the company not only realizes equipment networking, digital traceability of process parameters, but also establishes an intelligent maintenance system and a “digital employee” mechanism, which greatly improves the utilization rate of equipment and production efficiency.
