Abstract: This case describes the process of Hangzhou Lin'an Tourist Transport Center integrating urban and rural resources to carry out intrapreneurship and develop rural study tour. With the development of online tourism platforms, the revenue of the tourist transport center, which mainly serves individual tourists, has gradually declined and is in urgent need of transformation. It has developed a Zhongxiao study tour route in Yangxi Village and promoted the model to surrounding villages such as Tuanyuan Village, realizing the linked development of rural tourism and becoming a model of cultural and tourism enterprises' empowerment of rural area revitalization. This case is designed to help students grasp the motivations, processes, and capabilities underlying corporate intrapreneurship within tourism enterprises.
