在数字化浪潮席卷全球的今天，工作模式、组织形态与管理实践正经历深刻变革。为推动数字时代组织行为与人力资源管理领域的学术交流与合作，浙江大学管理学院携手国际知名期刊Journal of Applied Psychology，聚焦“数智时代的工作与组织管理”，举办本次论坛与论文发展工作坊。本次会议旨在汇聚海内外学者，分享前沿研究成果，促进理论创新与实践对话。
The theme of this year's forum, "Work and Organization Management in the Digital Era," aims to advance scholarly dialogue on how digital technologies are transforming organizational behavior and human resource management, with broader implications for work and organizations.
This event is organized in collaboration with the Journal of Applied Psychology (JAP) and will include a range of academic activities open to all registered participants, including:
· JAP journal overview
· Panel discussion with JAP editors
· Keynote addresses by esteemed scholars
· Editors' panel discussion with editors from top-tier management journals, tentatively including Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management, Personnel Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Organizational Psychology Review
· Paper development workshops and paper presentation sessions across multiple tracks
Call for Submissions
We invite submissions across three tracks, designed to support scholars at different career stages and research development phases:
1. JAP Paper Development Workshop (PDW)
· Submission format: Extended proposal (2–3 pages) or full paper (up to 35 pages)
· Eligibility: Open to scholars at all career stages
· Scope: Submissions may be at an early conceptual stage or include preliminary empirical results
· Goal: To receive developmental feedback from JAP editors and senior scholars
2. Forum Paper Presentation Sessions
· Submission format: Full paper (up to 35 pages)
· Eligibility: Open to all scholars
· Scope: These sessions provide an opportunity to present completed or near-complete research and engage in in-depth discussion with peers and discussants who have extensive editorial experience
3. Forum Paper Development Workshop (Forum PDW)
· Submission format: Research proposal (2–3 pages)
· Eligibility: Open exclusively to doctoral students
· Goal: To help doctoral students refine research questions, theory, and design through developmental feedback
When submissions are of comparable quality but acceptance capacity is limited, priority will be given to submissions from member institutions of the SIOP Greater China Virtual Program.
Submission Method and Deadline
· Submission method: Please email your submission to OrgMgmt_DigitalEra@163.com
· Authors should clearly indicate the track to which their submission is intended in the email (i.e., JAP PDW, Forum Paper Presentation Sessions, or Forum PDW). If more than one track is indicated, please list them in order of preference.
· Submission deadline: April 1, 2026
