AbstractChicheng Group achieved great success in the past 16 years with thegrowth raise from zero to hundred million. The CEO, Mr. Jun ZHU, attributes its success of the enterprise to its positioning and business model innovation. Thus, our case describes thesituation of business model elements and their consistency in three separate stages of the enterprise based on the business model element consistency mechanisms. We emphasizedthe approach of synthesizing business model elements in order to discuss the improvement of business model innovation on enterprise growth.
