Call for PDW Proposals
(Call for Panel/Workshop Proposals)

Globelics Conference 2012 invites scholars to submit proposals for the Professional Development Workshops (PDWs) at the 10th annual conference of Globelics Conference in Hangzhou, China (9-11 November, 2012).
Professional Development Workshops (PDWs) are a platform for colleagues to share knowledge and expertise as well as develop, enhance, and create professional and personal skills associated with international scholarship, research, and teaching.
Submission of Proposals
The PDW topics focus on discussions mainly on innovation, innovation system, organisation learning, and so on. Please refer to themes mentioned in call for papers. PDW formats are flexible and can take the shape of workshops, panels, round table discussions, etc. We are also open to various creative and interactive topics and sessions.
If you are interested in organizing a PDW session, please submit your proposals to by 30 March, 2012. The Globelics committee will inform you the acceptance decision by 30 May, 2012.

Panel workshop proposals must include:

    1.A title page that has

        (1).The theme of Globelics Conference (according to the call for papers),
        (2).title of the workshop
        (3).a 250-word abstract of the workshop.

    2.A 3-5 page overview of the workshop.
    3.An explanation as to why the workshop should be of interest to the conference.
    4.Name of primary potential sponsor(s) if you have.
    5.Potential speakers.
    6.Use Times New Roman 12-pitch font, double spaced, 1-inch (2.5 cm) margin all around, and 8.5” × 11” (A4) page setting.
