Conference registration is required to attend any of the conference activities.
Registers must wear their name badge at all time to gain access to activities.
All cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com.
Calculations for refunds are as follows:
The credit or debit card or TT fee portion is not refundable in all cases and is not included in the below calculations.
For cancellations received and confirmed before 01 Sep. 2012 - a full refund less a USD 100 administration charge.
For cancellations received and confirmed between 01 Sep. 2012 and 01 Oct. 2012 - a 50% refund.
For cancellations received and confirmed after 01 Oct. 2012 - no refund will be given but a substitute delegate may be nominated.
There are no reasons (including but not limited to illness, inability to travel, visa application rejection, travel restrictions etc) for delegate cancellation which make the above schedule of cancellations inapplicable. Refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of cancellation notification.
Authors whose paper accepted could not transfer free registration right to non-author.
Initiate a transfer by contacting the Globelics Conference 2012 Committee before 7 October, 2012.
If the conference registration fee is greater (i.e. author’s free hospitality to non-author, etc.), the person to whom the registration is being transferred must pay the difference.
For the conference registration purposes, students are individuals who are enrolled full-time, in-residence at the PhD granting institution. The following must be submitted for the current year student status:
Proof of enrollment from the PhD granting institution
Confirmation letter from supervisor
