Payments

One author of each accepted paper don’t need to pay registration fee and will be provided with local hospitality for three nights (November 8-10). These delegates apply to registration before 31 August, 2012. Otherwise the authors have to pay the hotel themselves. In addition, all delegates should be prepared to pay for all the other expenses in the hotel such as mini bar, telephone, laundry, etc. and outside such as the city tour and other social events.

Authors of accepted papers without a confirmed registration will be removed from the programme by Oct.11, 2012.

    * Student: Full-time student status only. If you are working whilst studying part-time you are not a student for this purpose. Provide a full-time student status certification from your university.

 

    ** Accompanying guests (husbands, wives, partners, etc.) are invited to Dinner Event in the evening of November 9 and Social Event in the afternoon of November 10, but may not attend conference sessions.

ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVEL

GLOBELICS2012 offers no service and accepts no responsibility regarding delegate travelarrangements. Please make the accommodation reservation and arrange your itineraryas early as possible because it is the tourism season in Hangzhou.

GLOBELICS2012 ONLY offers free 3-nights(November 8 to November 11) hotel room reservation for ONE author of each accepted paper and committee members. GLOBELICS2012 offers no service and accepts no responsibility regarding accommodation ofother delegate. We recommend persons to share rooms.

The conference hotel,Zhejiang Narada Grand Hotel, can provide limited number of standard rooms in aspecial price (USD 100 per night per room) to delegates of GLOBELICS 2012. Pleaseemail the secretariat for the reservation of these rooms. First come, firstserved.
